One of the Five Observables presented by Lue Elizondo as a UAP characteristic is “Low observability, or cloaking”. Military pilots have reported instrument contacts with advanced radar, electro-optical, and thermal sensing systems, but were unable to see with their own eyeballs things their equipment detected were there. UFOs can apparently keep us from seeing them if they choose.
